What PortaFact is

PortaFact is invoicing SaaS for freelancers and small agencies. You manage clients, create quotes and invoices (unlimited from Solo), send them by email or WhatsApp, and let clients open a secure portal to download PDFs, accept quotes and pay online. Unlike tools that cap invoices on the starter plan, Solo starts at $5/mo with unlimited documents. Agency adds team invitations and client projects.

The complete process

1. Create your organization (country, currency, language). 2. Complete Settings: company address, logo, PDF theme — and for Morocco: ICE, IF, RC, Patente. 3. Add a client (email + optional WhatsApp phone). 4. Create a quote or invoice with line items. 5. Send by email (client gets a portal link) or open WhatsApp with a ready message. 6. Client views the PDF in the portal, accepts the quote or pays the invoice. 7. You get notified; mark paid or let online payment update status.
